The office address is a qualified HUBZone as designated by the US Small Business Administration (SBA). QBC acts as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to provide comprehensive Human Resource (HR) services so that you can focus on growing your business. QBC works exclusively with the military families living on the Marine Base and hires experienced and skilled employees to support our small business members. QBC provides a full range of HR services including hiring HUBZone qualified employees, professional resume, time keeping, bi-weekly payroll, and payroll reports. More on HR services.
